Rent to own option Hard working, dedicated, independent mother of one seeking a rent to own option while also saving to get a mortgage loan. Please note that I've started the savings process. I am seeking a rent to own option on home for a short period while I try to secure my loan. It would mean the the work for me and my daughter to finally have a place yo call home and our own. I do have a preference for a location being Smiths or Devonshire areas but I am open to other opportunities as well. What I currently pay for rent could be the start I need for the journey to owning my own property. Hoping someone would be willing to take a chance on me and allow me the opportunity to start building something for my daughter. I have a great career and work hard.
