Electric scooter. I have had this for 3Y and used for commuting from Pembroke to town.
Top speed 20MPH (32 KPH) and 31 mile range.
The rear tyre is punctured and needs replacing by the buyer, hence the low price (originally was $1200 from Scootermart). Otherwise the scooter is in good condition and hits the top speeds. You will need to source a replacement tyre from NIU and arrange repair yourself - doable if you are handy and have the right tools - there is a YouTube video which explains how to replace the rear tyre.
