This drill is Anti-Vibration Technology (AVT) which will reduce fatigue when working with it. It has three operating modes, hammering with rotation, chipping, and rotation only.

The drill is powerful enough to cut through some very hard concrete and it's an excellent tool not only for drilling large holes but also for removing tile and doing overhead work.

Original price at retail was $169.99 but I'm selling it for $65 because of constant use. It's in great condition and doesn't have a single scratch, almost as if brand new.
